What Motivates Us

Hello, Welcome our names are JoseG & CynthyaGuadalupe, we are the breeders behind Lovely Yorkies Colorado. We are siblings in love with the Yorkie breed. Our parents, our other sister and brother are also part of Lovely Yorkies as Guardian Homes. We grew up having dogs and to be honest we don’t see ourselves ever being with out dogs. Dogs are unconditional and by far the best companions. We had always wanted a Yorkie and we bought our first Yorkie in 2018 and instantly fell in love with the breed. 🥰 

All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

HOW WE GOT INTO BREEDING? 

Our parents bred their first dogs (chihuahuas) back in 2000. We always enjoyed our time with puppies but we definitely had always wanted a Yorkie.  We have fallen in love with the Yorkshire breed and love raising and nurturing our puppies. We haven’t been in breeding too long but we love to learn more and more every day and love to share tips with our new puppy parents.

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL? 

We are a family ran breeding program in Denver, CO. We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our puppies. That’s why the happiest days for us are when one of our puppies finds a loving and welcoming family.
